The Email Log Viewer
The final part covering emails is the log viewer. Go back to the main menu and click on "email log".
You'll then see a panel which shows you all the emails that SmartDD has sent out, including all the test ones. You can clear the log down at any time by clicking the "Clear log" button.
You can use this tool if you have a customer report that an email hasn't arrived. Clicking on "View" in the action column opens a new window that displays the email that was sent out.
You can then resend an email by clicking the "Resend this email" button.
