On the Orders panel, you can see all the orders that have been handled by SmartDD.  You can also view the individual order data in detail, and re-send the product delivery email if your customer hasn't received it for some reason.

Note - On this panel, re-sending actually re-constructs the email, it doesn't re-send the original email.   Put another way, if you change the wording in the email panel, or even to a different email, SmartDD will send that one and not a "carbon copy" of the original email.

If you want to send an EXACT copy of the original email, then you can do that from the Email logs on the home page.

This same principal applies to all of the "Resend email" links in SmartDD.  Only the Email logs send the original email.

If you click on "View details", you'll see the following panel:-

Try clicking on "Download link sent to user" and you'll see something like this:-

Notice that the customer's name and email address have been inserted onto the download page by SmartDD.  This would be a powerful incentive for your customer NOT to share their download links.

When your customer clicks the link, the file that they download is actually the product "display name" if you've set it.
