The Transaction Search
On the Transaction Search panel you can search for transactions, which is useful when dealing with customer support issues.
You can enter an email address or surname, and also select a payment status to refine your search criteria. Making no selections and clicking search returns all records.
Note - you can use an asterisk as a "wild card" in both the email and surname.
e.g. using hayw*d in the surname field would return all records with a surname of "haywood" or "hayward" or any other records that matches that pattern.

You can then view the raw transaction and order details for each order by clicking on the relevant link in the "action" column.
