Over the years I have tried a bunch of "Downloaders" and until I found Smartdd was always in a pickle over whether the customer gets the product.

The thing for me that makes your system special is the way in which the code allows downloads from outside the root public_html which means it is protected as no-one can see/get the download link.

In these days of freeloaders and thieves for me this is one of the most important features, apart for it's ease of use.

I explained it all to my 10 year old and she got it one.

I am sure Version 2 will exceed my expectations and wish you the best with your launch.

To say that SmartDD is a useful program would be like saying the computer is just an interesting toy. It would be better not to comment at all.

But, Since I can't stand the thought of sitting quietly on the sidelines while other marketers of digital products miss out on this amazing and extremely effective tool, I felt it was time to put in my two cents.

I was so glad to have found SmartDD. I never realized how much time I wasted answering my helpdesk when the customer didn't get to the download page. SmartDD's followup email option has saved me more than a handful of customers who were having issues that I was able to address quickly. Without SmartDD, these customers would have been lost forever. First off SmartDD handles more than ebooks it will deliver any DATA file, can be sent so thats everything, i currently use smartDD to deliver files upto 1gb of zipped audio .wav files and im getting same thumbs up as CD porducts iv sold maybe even better as there is no postage and download is instant.

i also must state any questions iv had have been answerd rapidly 24hrs a day, support is 1st class , human and friendly the whole package is 1st class,

if you can make a file you can setup smartDD and deliver that file, it really is that simple , and secure.

i owe frank and friends few beers for such a good support and service.

OK I had a problem loading the software onto my site - but you fixed it for me within the hour! (And that was on a Sunday).
Once installed I found it dead easy to use but the best part of it for me is the way I can put my information in about the ebooks I'm selling and I get the Paypal code immediately: no more going into Paypal for every ebook I sell, to enter all the details and get a code. I can even change the price in a couple of clicks.
You just make selling ebooks and, I guess, any other product, so easy.

Frank's SmartDD Is Excellent And Comes With Real People Behind It Who Answer When You Contact Them.

So that's good news if you believe that you will not know how to install the script.

Here comes even better news, you will like the fact that you will be able to not have to contact Frank about problems when installing and using his great script.

You will profit of having much time over to do other things than spending time and energy reassuring people that they will get what they pay for.

You will also have patience and courage left for other matters than to worry about being robbed by digital thieves or hackers.

Then Mr. Frank Haywood is more than only a dude on the net selling his SmartDD script. Try and find out why. I recommend him personally as very reliable and friendly as a pleasant bonus.
