We're currently having problems sending emails to a number of ISPs due to having inherited a bad IP address from our new host which seems to be on some (but not all) ISPs block lists.
We're working to get our server IP removed or amended, but in the meantime the ISPs we're having problems with are:-
Verizon
Comcast
Outblaze
and we think a couple of others. We've resolved the issue with Earthlink, but we're sure there's a few more out there. Sorry.
So if you contact us, please try to use an email address that doesn't use the above ISPs. Hotmail, Yahoo and AOL are all fine, and probably most others too.
And if you're using your own business address, that should get through okay too.
Again, we're sorry about this (hopefully) temporary problem.
